Because psychometric tests in the hands of specialists are tools that capture the various aspects of human nature. Based on internationally accepted and well-established scientific methods and models, psychometric tests can give important and reliable information about the character, behavior, innate tendencies, abilities, motivations and preferences of each individual.
The form, method of administration, and method of analysis of the results of each psychometric test depends on the characteristics or behaviors we wish to examine. Particularly important are the reliability and validity of each psychometric test, as defined in the science of psychometry, as they indicate to what extent the results are accurate and representative.
Psychometric tests can be applied in a variety of circumstances, depending on the needs. The appropriate tests are used in recruitment procedures, in the evaluation of suitability for high-risk positions, in the assessment of personnel, in career guidance and career counseling, in coaching, in the clinical practice of mental health specialists, as well as in judicial contexts
