On the aforementioned website are also available seminars on counselling and career guidance, psychometric and other tests, and it is possible to purchase videos on a wider range of topics, as well as to purchase service packages offered by ISON PSYCHOMETRICA. The purchase of online seminars, tests and other services by users is carried out by the payment methods described below, in article 7 of these Terms of Use.

The programme of each seminar (syllabus), its duration and the cost of its purchase, as well as information about the tests, counselling and other services provided by ISON, are described in detail on the website https://ison.gr/shop. With the purchase of each product/service, the user automatically gains access to its monitoring/use, as described on the aforementioned website.

The online tutorials are the property of ISON and are subject to copyright. The online tutorials are available for personal use/monitoring only and public viewing is expressly prohibited. It is also expressly forbidden to download/upload their content, to record or otherwise record them and to reproduce them in any way outside the platform of the Website. ISON may claim compensation from anyone who takes these illegal actions.

The online seminars that take place in real time are recorded by ISON through the Zoom platform in order to make them available to the participants exclusively for private viewing through the Website platform for a period of one month from the date of each seminar. In case a participant does not wish to have his/her name, image or any other personal data recorded, he/she may deactivate the camera and/or enter the seminar under a pseudonym, in accordance with the specific provisions of ISON's Privacy Policy.

7. Payment methods

Payment will be made electronically, through the Stripe platform, and in the ways and procedure set out in the aforementioned platform. In this way, a secure framework is provided for the payments and transactions of visitors with ISON.

In this case, your details are not stored anywhere, but only used during the check and billing process. Thus the transactions you make are completely secure. Our company does not collect or store your data in any way, which is why you need to re-enter them for transactions through this Website.

Note: Our services can also be enjoyed by foreign residents, through the Stripe online platform.

After you complete your payment you will be notified by email, and you will be sent to your email the payment document (receipt or invoice) that you have selected during the process of your purchase.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you wish, you have the option to withdraw from your purchase and we will pay you the price, if you notify us in writing of your request within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase (article 4 § 10 of Law 2251/1994, in conjunction with KYA Z1-891/2013), if the purchased goods have not already been used. By exercising the withdrawal, you will no longer be able to use the services of our website, and within the same period we are obliged to refund any amounts you have paid to us. No justification is required on your part to withdraw within the 14-day period, however we encourage our users to provide this for information and to improve our services.

For the convenience of users/consumers, the ISON online store proposes the following alternative ways of exercising their right of unjustified withdrawal:

1. by email to ISON's email address or

2. by registered letter to ISON at the postal address.

In any case, the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents.

It should be noted that for the calculation of the above fourteen-day period for the late exercise of the consumer's right of unjustified withdrawal, only the time of submission of the withdrawal statement is taken into account.

ISON reserves the right to freely formulate the pricing policy of the e-shop, to modify the indicated prices, to change and/or withdraw offers with or without prior notice to the Users/Customers, who will be informed of the current price at any time, from the relevant posting on the website. All prices of the products of the e-shop are in euros and include VAT.

All products and services have a fixed price, which may be temporarily replaced by special/promotional prices, and there may be offers, discount codes and 'test usage packages', which ISON PSYCHOMETRICA may withdraw at any time at its discretion.
