The programme is aimed at students aged 14 and above and aims to encourage and nurture young people's interest in choosing the right course of study in the short term and achieving their career goals in the long term.
It also contributes to the development of self-awareness through the exploration of individual characteristics and a better understanding of self, personality and the labour market.

JOB ONE 1 is addressed to adults, unemployed and/or employees who wish to change careers or redefine their professional goals.
The ultimate aim is to scientifically guide the person concerned towards the main areas where he/she could find employment, work productively and gain professional satisfaction, as well as to prepare him/her appropriately for the job search process and presentation at the selection interview.
