Insights

Ideal working days per week

As revealed by the survey conducted by ISON in collaboration with Boyden in September-October, employees, contrary to expectations, do not demand full teleworking, but on the contrary, present different needs and preferences based on days spent in the workplace at present.
Employees capture their ideal work environment through their current work situation, versus an idealised, unrealistic one. In particular, they desire to work at the employer's site one or two days less than they actually work.
