At ISON, we follow a systematic and practical methodology, which clarifies the participant's goals, as well as the way to achieve them.

We can guarantee that the person concerned will find their new job upon the agreed timeframe.  

Part 1 includes the identification and evaluation of the interests, abilities, personality traits, as well as values of the participant.  

With the help of experienced Consultants, the person concerned is helped to realize the essence of his qualifications and the assets he possesses and to realize the elements that may hinder him in his new beginning or in his development. At the same time, he is encouraged to develop ideas and plans for future goals and to recognize the combination of elements that will offer him the greatest satisfaction in his work .

In the 2nd part, we review the opportunities offered by the labor market and the possibilities of approaching each of them. In addition, the interviewee is directed to authoritative sources of information, so that he can obtain a comprehensive and objective picture of the available professional options. 

Based on the information gathered, the goals are clarified and prioritized and the strategy for obtaining the desired job is decided. 

In the 3rd part, the techniques that must be followed in order to successfully approach the goals set are presented and discussed. The interviewee is directed to gather all the necessary information for each possible option and evaluate it. He then learns how to reliably and competitively promote his candidacy, support it and negotiate his remuneration.  

In this part, the CV and the application are produced, while the participant is taught techniques for successful interviewing, as well as practical ways in which they can take on various assessments and tests.
