Assessment of Human Characteristics

ISON Psychometrica is the first Greek organization to possess independent expertise and the capability to develop and standardize
psychometric tests in accordance with international scientific standards.

The validity of the tests it administers is confirmed by the 16
honesty scales included in its assessments. For a related
initiative, it has been awarded the honorary
title of “Key Innovator” by the European Commission.

In addition, it has acquired exclusive copyrights for the
development and publication of internationally recognized tests from the University of
, the University of Minnesota, and Harvard University.

ISON also has memorandums of cooperation with three Greek
universities for research projects.
