IO1® Self-Image Questionnaire

The IO1 Self-Image Questionnaire® is used to assess how an individual views themselves. The analysis of their self-perception and self-image leads to important conclusions regarding the individual’s maturity and psychological development. The test takes 15–20 minutes to complete.

Io1 Questionnaire

IO1® assesses seven temperament domains

(AT) Mobility

(VT) Physical Activity:

(IT) Impulsivity:

(DT) Sovereignty:

(ET) Emotional stability:

(ST) Social Skills:

(RT) Reflection:

(AT) Mobility

A person who scores high in this area usually works and moves quickly, gets restless when forced to be quiet, likes to be on the go, and tends to rush.

(VT) Physical Activity:

A person with a high score in this area participates in sports, in jobs that require the use of their hands and various tools, as well as in outdoor work.

This area emphasizes physical activity, since it requires the activation of many muscle groups and, consequently, the expenditure of a great deal of energy.

This trait is often described as “masculine,” but many women and girls score high in this area.

(IT) Impulsivity:

High scores in this category indicate that a person is carefree, risk-taking, and laid-back—someone who operates on a “last-minute” basis. They make decisions quickly, enjoy competition, and “jump” from one task to another with ease.

The decision to take action or make a change is made quickly, regardless of whether the person moves slowly or quickly (Active) or whether or not they enjoy physically demanding activities (Vigorous).

A person who is stubbornly persistent in their actions or thoughts (stubbornness) typically scores low in this category.

(DT) Sovereignty:

People who score high on this factor see themselves as leaders, capable of taking initiative and on themselves.

They are not authoritarian, even though they have leadership skills. They enjoy speaking in public, organizing social events, promoting new programs, and persuading others. They are the ones who, in all likelihood, will take charge of the situation in the event of an accident.

(ET) Emotional stability:

People who score high on emotional stability are usually cheerful and do not experience mood swings. They can relax in a noisy room and remain level-headed during a crisis.

They claim they can ignore distracting stimuli when they are studying or working. They don’t get annoyed if they’re interrupted while trying to concentrate, and they don’t worry about trivial matters. They aren’t bothered when they leave a task half-finished or when they’re required to finish it by a specific deadline.

(ST) Social Skills:

People who score high in this area enjoy the company of others, make friends easily, are empathetic, cooperative, and pleasant in their interactions with others. Strangers very quickly confide their personal problems to them.

Strengthening Team Dynamics: Understanding the psychological profile of crew members, as captured in the MMPI®-3, enhances communication and teamwork, elements fundamental to the success and cohesion of crews and, by extension, the companies that hire them.

(RT) Reflection:

A high score in this area indicates that the individual enjoys reflective, intellectual thinking and prefers to engage with theoretical rather than practical problems. Introspection characterizes the “contemplative” type.

These individuals are usually quiet, work best on their own, and prefer tasks that require precision and attention to detail. They often take on more than they can complete. They prefer to focus on planning a task rather than carrying it out.

It was with great pleasure that we were informed of our honorary distinction as a Key Innovator by the European Commission.

The EU Innovation Radar caught the pioneering use of artificial intelligence and serious games (gamification) methodology to capture professional abilities regardless of gender, age, nationality, etc.
