Experiential training in career counseling offered by the Career Guidance Center at ISON Psychometrica.

A Certificate of Attendance is granted, which secures a license to use Ison Psychometrica's psychometric tests and provides a discount privilege on the supply of tests.

October 16–17–18, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on two Wednesdays following the completion of the training, with supervision of cases in which participants have viewed and used e-mellon.

INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATIONS

ISON maintains a network of relationships with key organizations, with which it collaborates on both technical expertise and project execution. It publishes and exclusively distributes in Greek the renowned psychometric tests developed by the University of Minnesota and Harvard University. It holds exclusive rights for the Greek language to the methodologies of the European Association for Management (EAM). It is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and administers the 450 tests from the 50 firms with which it collaborates. For over 10 years, he has managed projects in Greece, Cyprus, and other neighboring countries for Challenger, Gray & Christmas—the world’s leading firm in Career Transition Management—Right Management Consultants, and other international firms specializing in change management. Since 1998, she has represented CFI (the International Association of Career Counseling Organizations) in Greece and is a member of the International Association for Educational & Career Guidance and the European Association for Career Guidance.
