TheMinnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory®-2(MMPI-2) is the most widely used and most extensively studied tool for assessing adult psychopathology in the world.
On Amazon.com there are currently over 250 book titles on the test, while the University of Minnesota suggests a bibliography of over 160 pages of article titles on the test.
The MMPI®-2 has 120 scales and subscales and 8 additional specific validity scales to establish the truthfulness of the examinee in a valid way.
It is widely used for fast, accurate, and low-cost clinical diagnoses; to identify critical personality traits in the evaluation and selection of personnel for key positions; and in court as a means of evidence.

INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATIONS
ISON maintains a network of relationships with key organizations, with which it collaborates on both technical expertise and project execution. It publishes and exclusively distributes in Greek the renowned psychometric tests developed by the University of Minnesota and Harvard University. It holds exclusive rights for the Greek language to the methodologies of the European Association for Management (EMA). It is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and administers the 450 tests from the 50 firms with which it collaborates.
For over 10 years, he has managed projects in Greece, Cyprus, and other neighboring countries for Challenger, Gray & Christmas—the world’s leading firm in Career Transition Management—Right Management Consultants, and other international firms specializing in change management. Since 1998, he has represented CFI, the International Association of Career Counselors, in Greece, and is a member of the International Association for Educational & Career Guidance and the European Association for Career Guidance.
