The MMPI®-2 is used for different purposes in different contexts such as:

The MMPI®-2 consists of 567 True/False questions, divided into different types of scales:
- Validity scales: They assess the respondent's attitude during the completion of the questionnaire, identifying any attempts to deceive or inconsistent responses.
- Clinical scales: They assess important elements of potential psychopathology, such as depression, paranoia and schizophrenia.
- Restructured clinical scales: They provide a clearer, complementary view of the basic Clinical Scales, enhancing the diagnostic accuracy of the MMPI®-2.
- Content scales: Assess specific themes, such as anger and cynicism
- Supplementary scales: They provide additional information in specific areas such as anxiety, repulsion and social responsibility.
- PSY-5 scales: Assess broad personality dimensions such as aggression and psychoticism.
Paper - pencil
The questionnaire is administered in paper form, with instructions given by the psychologist and the answers noted by the respondent on the answer sheet.
The question booklet contains 567 questions and instructions for completing the answer sheet.
In the answer booklet, the examinee fills in his/her answers from the questionnaire. The sheet is scanned on a scanner and then processed through the scoring software.
Online Granting
The questionnaire is administered by the respondent via computer, tablet or mobile phone with internet access.
In order for the administration to take place, a unique password created for each examinee is necessary.
Once the questionnaire is completed, the results are automatically generated on the psychologist's platform.
Administration time: ~ 1.5 hours.
Training and certification in the use and interpretation of the MMPI®-2 multiphasic tool in Greece and Cyprus.
The training in the Use & Interpretation of the Multiphase Tool MMPI-2 is conducted online and has a total duration of 24 hours.
It is conducted on two consecutive weekends, with hours of 10:00-16:00, via the ZOOM online platform.

Upon completion of the training, trainees receive their Certificate of Completion.
The Certificate of Training, as well as a psychologist's license are necessary for the purchase and use of the tool.
