The PEQ5.1™ Personality - Safety Report
The PEQ5.1™ Personality - Safety Report was developed specifically to support the assessment and selection of personnel in environments where safety is paramount and risks are imminent.
It is used to assess candidates and employees in a variety of sectors including shipping, construction and oil companies, industrial plants, security, etc.
The PEQ5.1™ Personality - Safety Report identifies 12 safety indicators
The validity of the results is supported by 6 honesty indicators.
From the examinee's scores on all the individual safety indicators, an overall score (average) is calculated, which is reflected as the person's Overall Safety Index .
Based on the
Personality Evaluation Questionnaire™ 5.1 (PEQ5.1™), the
PEQ5.1™ Personality Evaluation Questionnaire™ 5.1™
was developed to identify behaviors and
attitudes of examinees that may compromise
workplace safety.
Both historically and from the research literature, unsafe behaviours are associated with accidents in the workplace (accident proneness), as well as other undesirable situations, making the need for valid and timely intervention essential for the proper and smooth functioning of the processes involved.
