ISON Psychometrica focuses on the Human Factor by providing reliable tools and services that allow for better decision making on all issues related to human behavior and performance. Acknowledging early on the current and future trends regarding demographic changes, digitalization, global competition and skills shortage, ISON offers training programs and seminars, ranging from Mindfulness techniques to training in modern counseling methodologies and psychometric tools of career guidance (e-mellon®), targeting both career guidance professionals and the general public. ISON also offers outplacement services, since 1997, covering all levels of professional needs, from qualified executives to basic skilled employees.
Committed in the principles of reskilling and upskilling, ISON participates in an Erasmus+ Programme, the 4.0 ANDCOM project (No 2019-1 PL01-KA204-065130). The project aims to introduce a new approach to the education of low-skilled and low qualified adults, developing competences in andragogs (adult educators) for them to extend their curricula and provide effective, as well as innovative teaching tailored to the needs of their classroom. The project will deal with digital skills, ICT competences and Industry 4.0, bringing innovation to the classroom, as well as using these as instruments for boosting motivation among learners.
